Hi Friends!!
Welcome back to my blog! Today I share my new card for Cloud9Crafts! Before we start talking about my card I want to mention that we have a challenge at Cloud9Crafts! “Create an outdoor scene”. So since these cute Goats are on the farm, it’s obviously a outdoor scene 😊. Head over to Instagram to see how you can participate and to learn how to win a €20,- giftcertificate to Cloud9Crafts!
To make the background I die cut a white panel out of Vaessen Creative watercolor smooth paper with the largest of the outside in stitched rectangles from Lawn Fawn.
For the clouds I used the cloudy stencil by Lawn Fawn with Tumbled Glass and Salvage Patina Distress oxide ink. To make is easy to blend I used the Taylored Expressions brushes to create the clouds. To finish the panel I splattered some water and some Peacock Feathers Distress oxide ink.
Then I die cut a panel of Cilantro Cardstock and after cutting, I used the grassy hillsides from Lawn Fawn to create two grassy hills.
Then I made the Swish ’n Pop using Cilantro cardstock. I eyeballed the place of the baby Goat and die cut the tab in the grass piece.
Then I stamped the critters from the You Goat This on perfect coloring paper with memento tuxedo black ink. After stamping, I colored the critters with my copic markers.
On the cheeks and bodies of the critters, I added small with dots with my gelly rol pen 8 mm.
I placed the Swish ’n Pop mechanism on the card panel with the clouds. I adhered the two grass pieces with foam tape.
I adhered the critters white thin white foam squares from Scrapbook Adhesives.
Then I created the Big sentiment ‘The Goat’ with Henry’s ABC and paperbag cardstock. I glued them on my cardpanel with the Lawn Fawn gluetube. For some extra interest I added some lines with my white gelly roll pen from Sakura.
I hope you like this card! Thanks for visiting and i’ll see you next time!
