Lawn Fawn

Lawn Fawn Stitched Ladymug

Hi Friends! Welcome back to my blog!

It’s my time today to give you some shaker inspiration! Because we have a new challenge this month: Shaker cards! I can’t wait what you will create for this challenge! If you want to participate and make a chance to win a €20,- gift certificate check our post on instagram!  Check our graphic below!

Well today we have a special card: a ladymug! instead of a ladybug i wanted to say mug. I made this card for a friend who loves coffee, so therefore i used the coffee beans that are included in the stitched mug frame set.

Before we can create this card i had a lot of die cutting to do. So first i die cut al the pieces that i wanted to use for my card. Mostly in Chilipeper cardstock, black licorice cardstock, cilantro cardstock and noble fir cardstock.

After i was done die cutting i assembled all the pieces together with liquid glue and these i put aside.

For the mug i die cut 8 frames, for the shaker element i die cut a mug with acetate and chilipeper cardstock. I put everything in its place on the card and glued it down well.

And that finished my card for today. Below you will find a list of all the items I used for this card.
